OK, having lived through the 90s - 2010s, here's what Bill Gates meant.

The theory was that the reason why shitskins were reproducing quickly was because so many of their babies were dying. If you wanted 3 kids, you had to give birth to 13.

Bill Gates was proposing that if babies could survive, then within a generation, shitskins would stop having 13 kids and just have 3.

This would naturally lead to the population of shitskins going down. After all, developed nations have lower birthrates, and they get vaccinated, so we can vaccinate shitskins and they will become developed, right?

The entire premise was absurd. I know, I lived through it, and people thought that we could magically convert shitskins into Europeans. That's what the whole Iraq War was about. Not the first part of the war that was over in 2 weeks, but the second part that lasted 2 decades. We were trying to convert shitskins into Europeans. In reality, we should've been clearing real estate so Europeans had more land to settle in, and encouraging Europeans to get married young and have lots of kids and invest in their future.

Being a member of a "cult" that encourages all the young men and young women to marry young and have lots and lots of kids, the reason WHY we do that is BECAUSE we want to have large families. There is no economic incentive to it. In fact, in developed nations, there are huge DISINCENTIVES to having multiple kids. But we do it anyway because that is our religious priorities. We have multiple children and we invest everything in their upbringing.

The reason why shitskins are having 20 kids is because they cannot control themselves. They follow the strategy of "have lots of kids and hope they survive." They rape each other and breed with multiple partners throughout their lives with little or no responsibility or loyalty. They cannot plan for the future and do not understand how their actions are connected to their current state of existence.

This simple fact escapes most people.

If you want to convert shitskins into Europeans, you subject them to the most basic laws that we live by. Execute the murderer. Punish the thief. Execute adulterers and philanderers. End out-of-wedlock births. Don't take names and numbers, just kill the degenerates and keep killing the degenerates until there are none left and the degenerate genes and culture is rooted out from the source.

It's what Columbus was doing in America. However, his crew would rather use them as sex slaves than try to civilize them. That's one of the reasons why shitskins still exist and exist in their current state. A certain part of "civilized" society would rather have sex slaves on beck and call than safety and security.

We should be re-implementing the protocols to ensure we do not become degenerate again.

Just to spell it out to the kids in the back who weren't paying attention:

* No sex outside / before marriage. No divorce. No remarrying (except maybe widows and widowers.)
* LOTS and LOTS of sex inside marriage. The goal is at least 20 kids, so get married young and pop one out every 12 or 15 months or so.
* Invest EVERYTHING into the upbringing of the next generation. Nothing else matters.
* Implement the laws that God gave us to hold people to account for crimes such as murder and adultery etc... Don't go soft -- the degenerates must be eliminated from the population before they reproduce.
