I can both bomb browns and stop them from entering my country. The two are not exclusive.

We should never have taken in refugees, even from a bleeding heart perspective. Taking them from their countries cedes ground to their oppressors. We should have built them cities within the disluted territory and run them under our own laws. Once the conflict ends, they either pay the cost of construction or we get a colony in their country.
