They are the same, because the same underlying anti-Christian philosophy is behind both. I would imagine both have the same secret rituals as well. They just racially segregate, just like how there used to be black only and white only freemason branches. I assume the jew branch is the dominant one because its older and more established, and also because the Masons almost always invite the jews in whenever they take over a country.
