She's either Estonian or Russian. It's anti-German nationalism psyprop. Russians making videos pretending to be Germans that are subtly under attack by immigrants.

You're right about the schnoz, though.

It's fomenting internal struggle because (((they're))) about to make a move and need all their potential adversaries on unstable footing.

But i think it's coming from Northern reds.
