Good idea but sadlt not legal.

However this got me thinking about a workaround that could be legal: a new neighborhood where you cant sell or rent your house. You have it until you die then it must be passed to your children or next level relatives. This would ensure a good neighborhood stays like that for many decades

Legality doesnt matter when they laws are tyrannical, ungodly, and should be ignored. What are they going to do, send armed men to stop you from defending your neighborhood? Send armed men to meet them.

Poland has something akin to that where the neighbors basically have to vet you before you purchase. It's one of the last places that isn't kiked fully yet
