I had an Indian coworker, who seemed quite fine. He prepared a project I took over after a while, and turned it from something minor to a huge project involving multiple people. The coding style and file structuring were absolute garbage. I think I had to rewrite everything there was, and some logic was abysmal.

He was multiple years longer in the company than I was, but boy, that was the first time I started to question his competence.

My dad’s a structural engineer. Back when they used blueprints, my dad would make money by certifying the structural designs of street shitters. Nothing taller than two stories is built in India until a white American engineer stamps the design. Or at least that’s how it was circa 1984.

Russians are european. West of the urals at least, which is what everyone is talking about when we say "russians" anyways.

But if you look up any european ethnicity it shows pretty damned similar results to above.

White collective identity is heavily discouraged obviously, but there hasn't been a full crackdown on ethnic identity (yet) by and large. "Soft" ethnic nationalism where people recognize good traits in their own people but don't acknowledge bad ones in others.
