Trump did not deport that guy for being brown, he deported him for being anti-Israel. If he was deporting people for being brown then he would've been based.

Yes ... this is the nuance that is being missed in the larger picture.

Much like Al Capone was taken down for not declaring his illicit gains. It wasn't just that what he did was illegal, it was he didn't pay taxes.
