Only in America can they get away with renewing patents on royalty free meds in order to create a branded product which is basically the same as the original but cost 100x more.

The perfect scam when combined with constant ads for pills on the jew box and doctors earning affiliate payments for each pill they prescribe.

Pharmacists in the rest of the world hate it when American tourists show up and ask for supermegapainkiller3000x and they have to explain to them that it's just paracetamol.

I can recommend two books that are great starting points. *Murder by Injection* by Eustace Mullins and *Turtles All the Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth* by an anonymous group of physicians and clinicians.
