Some people think the only way you can handle rogue judges is by impeaching them. This is not the case.

Ask yourself this: Suppose someone was caught drunk driving. The punishment is imprisonment, right? That seems fair.

What about government officials? Do they surpass the law? No, they go straight to jail to sleep it off, to be arraigned in the morning.

What about elected officials? Do they surpass the law? The ONLY exception are legislators who are in session. And the only reason we have this exception is because kings in the past have arrested members of parliament to try and get the vote they wanted. Well, we can just as easily keep the congressmen and senators accused or convicted of crimes in jail, unless they have business on the floor of the house or senate. As long as they stay on the floor, they are free to do so, but when they want to leave to go home -- they go back to their jail cell.

Judges are NOT exempt from the law.

This judge that ordered terrorists to be returned to the US -- that's treason, plain and simple. Whether he tried to do it inside the court or outside the court, it doesn't matter.

Arrest the judge for trying to bring illegals into the US. It's that easy.

Exactly

Just like the border - Trump has the power to solve it.

The fact he isn't solving it means he doesn't want it solved.
