To be fair, it's probably better to just stare at the wall because you won't be exposed to the jewbox propaganda, and you'll use your brain to process your own thoughts. That said, a window, or being outside in the forest or hiking in the mountains is one of the best things you can do for mental health. I use my jewbox as a monitor only for national socialist videos, above it hangs a large painting of some beautiful fjords.
