You CLEARLY do not understand how I operate.

I expect to be paid for work.

Openly caring about engagement is not how you farm engagement. If your trying to make connections online and get engagement, you should look at it like your marketing yourself. No sane marketer complains to perspective customers about a lack of customers, because it reeks of desperation and also incompetence.
