Even if he could find happiness from all this fantasy shit, the minute someone other than himself refuses to participate in said fantasy, even in just the slightest, it all comes crashing down in their heads. The only way they can even remotely maintain the ruse is to live in a small bubble, most of which is on the internet. What really blows my mind is that it’s legal to have such surgeries done by anyone, anywhere. Shit should be illegal as all hell, and the ones engaging in it should be arrested. If you want to dress like a woman, that’s bad enough, and that’s one thing, but when you want to start lopping body parts off, you need to be locked up. This shit is extreme mental illness paired with a fetish taken to the extreme, and it’s absolutely disgusting how it’s being “dealt” with.
