The leftist ''solution'' is obviously ''community reach programs'', where taxpayers money go to a non-White activist who says he talks to ''black youfff and role models 'n shiet''.
And the lights keep getting smashed. And the ''youfff'' then do alot worse when they get bored of smashing lights.
