Might even be a distraction, they want people to believe they're going there by pushing all the fake news media outlets about this massive construction project that won't lead anywhere.

Then when it's time for the meeting they go to Davos, Switzerland as they always do. The facilities there have underground bunkers and tunnels were they can hide and escape if attacked.
