HIV is everywhere. We are constantly exposed to it.
Normal humans with a semi-functioning immune system can easily detect and destroy it.
Men who engage in anal sex and other degenerate practices do not have a functioning immune system, so HIV can make them sick.
Now, AIDS is caused by medicating HIV. Thank Dr. Fauci for that. You can also get AIDS from covid vaccines and boosters.
There is enough evidence to suggest that homosexual men may be infected with a parasite that modifies their behavior to be homosexual. This means you might be able to cure homosexuality with administration of fenbendazole or ivermectin, which is probably why these are banned for human consumption in the US and other "civilzied" nations.
