Fun fact: if your livestock is fed a garbage diet, then the tallow you produce from them will be garbage. High-linoleic acid fats fed to animals produce high-linoleic acid fats IN those animals.

If you feed your animals a bunch of seed oils, you may as well eat the seed oils yourself.

This doesn't happen in ruminants the same way it does with say pigs or chicken.

I still think you should get the highest quality beef you can afford, but lower quality beef will likely still be better than most higher quality pig. At least fatty acid wise.
