It's what we did in the 80s, back when our nation was fit, before toxic vegetable oils were used because they are cheaper.

Seed oils are in almost every grocery store product from bread, mayo, margarine, ice-cream, pastry, chip and corn-chip style junk food, cookies, etc.

Fluoride needs to be removed from our water, toxic preservatives and food colorings must go (especially from our meat) and our toxic (((vaccines))) need to end so we aren't always sick and always paying (((them))) for medical treatments.
