Highly likely Jews started spreading jokes about blondes among White people, right after National Socialist ideological portray of the blonde ubermensch. It's annoying when clueless Whites keep repeating these jokes about their own kind that are mindless.

Everyone is wrong. I get the assumption, but the stereotype came from rumors that hair dye went into their skuls and damaged their brains. There were some famous lawsuits and it became common knowledge that hair dye was bad for you. Over time that knowledge became less common as hair dyes got safer, but the jokes remained.
The "dumb blonde" was the fake blonde who was dumb enough to put dangerous chemicals on their heads for vanity. That's why a lot of the jokes are about vanity.
Did jews create the jokes? Perhaps. They likely made the poisons too. But the origin, as far as I know, came from early hair dye.
