Do you guys have any resources for women who want to get better?

I'm in the process of helping some young people learn and self improve, and I've noticed a bit of a trend. It is especially hard for women to get used to the fact that all they've been tought is propaganda, and even when they realize some things they don't seem to be comfortable changing their beliefs too much. It would be cool to have some resources to help them out.

Thank you so much for all the info, I'll try to keep all of this in mind. Smoking is such a plague here it seems everyone believes it's impossible to relax without a cigarette.
