Correct. It's a form of Exposure Therapy; they repeat the idea again and again to reenforce it, making it commonplace and part of acceptable discourse. Again, imagine a mainstream outlet asking the same thing about any other race. It would be completely unacceptable, but killing Whites is a question they legitimize with rhetorical headlines.
