I got banned on reddit so many times that everytime I make a new account I get instantly banned in the next 5 minutes. I even use a VPN and browser that disables finger printing yet I somehow get detected. I would have to have a completely different device if I wanted to do this. Any solution?

Fingerprinting works on a long term basis, as long as your user agent and other public browser and device data isn't too unique they can't use this to track you very well.
VPN/Proxy/TOR is all great ways to evade IP bans, those just works and aren't an issue here.
My guess is that there may be local data, cookies, cached data and similar which they can use to link you to the former account, or worse your identity.
First of all, use an entirely separate browser for all anonymous stuff. Configure that browser to delete all data once you close it, after a preddit ban, close the browser to wipe all it's data and then start over on a new profile. Make sure to install uBlock origin and script block to block all trackers and ads, otherwise, those could be the ones ratting you out. Gulag analytics for instance will recognize your device if you're logged into your gulag account and it's analytics scripts manage to load when browsing preddit.
Use a PC with GNU+Linux, avoid phones because they're full of spyware. Make sure the PC has RISC/ARM CPU or if you need x86, AMD, avoid intel (((israel inside))) crap.
Last but not least, preddit is impossible to use with a brand new account anyway. They say "just to to a small sub oyvey", but that's the problem, you need to build up karma to be allowed on larger subs, small subs are too inactive to build up karma. It's a waste of time. Might as well use a bot to post cute cat pictures to r/animals to farm some karma, but even there new users are shadow banned. 🤡🌎
For mental health, it might just be best to not visit preddit at all.
Use a different browser. I had the same issue. Their bans got more sophisticated, it seems like they id you on browser used, maybe device characteristics etc.
It help giving it a rest of a few weeks, i think they have a set period for id bans.
Make sure all cookies and temp files are deleted but dont use incognito because this seems like it raises suspicion. Let it do whatever cookies it needs

I don't know about Reddit, but when I got banned on 4chan, I only changed my IP address by rebooting my modem, cleared browser cache, deleted cookies for 4chan, and it worked.

Is there still anything intresting on 4chan? Maybe some boards like /ck/, /k/ or /out/ are fine but I bet /pol/ is still a shitshow with only shills and faggots for past few years
I also think reddit is a complete waste of time, but knowing how to get around a ban on places like reddit should be useful to stay informed on what they use to identify you, etc..
While I hope you get an answer that works, also wonder if you're addicted. At a high level, you're sitting in front of a device staring at it and clicking away while your life passes you by every time you go on websites like this one and reddit.
If you are farming reddit accounts you need an anti detect browser and real proxies, not some VPN. Static residential or 4g proxies so you keep using the same ip until the account is banned.
If you are managing small amount of accounts adspower or incognito should do the trick. Honestly reddit is the worst it has ever been with making new accounts and being able to post without being banned. My latest accounts only stay alive if I sign up with a phone number instead of email. But what others recommend is make a new profile in the anti detect browser and browse the internet normally to get a bunch of cookies and then go to reddit and try to create new account.
