We don't allow zoo animals to roam the streets for good reason.

Niggers live in the no-man's (literally) land between human and animal. Not vicious and animalistic enough to survive in the wild, not human enough to function in civilized society. Even most dog breeds have gotten the idea better than basically every breed of nigger.
