Actually been convicted of a violent crime is less, the 1 out of 3 figure is an estimated ratio of how many will be convicted within their lifetimes.

This highlights the effect of repeat offenders. Think about it, half the violent crime and most of the murders are not done by the entire 13% demographic, but by 1/3 of them. The 1 in 3 is doing that much crime. This would be impossible if they were not released with the misconception that their time in a cage had rehabilitated them.

When discussing the "not all" argument, i bring up black Americans bc they more directly show our sympathy and logic towards them. 2/3 will not hurt you and will at worst scam or rob you, but encountering a random black means that you have a 33% chance (statistically) of encountering a dangerous individual. Compare that to whites, where the ratio is under 1 in 1000 (0.1%).

This means that logically it is not worth the risk to do any business or have any interaction with blacks, despite most of them being fine.

So not all blacks are bad. Probably only about half of them, the other half just stinks lol
