they are bad because whatever bad actions they do are tolerated and considered normal within their people, they tolerate the bad actions against other people, they defend individuals from punishment because the offended party is not part of their group. So yes all jews are bad.

See the founding of the ADL: defnding a rapist murderer because he was a jew.
