Its never going to go above 13% (barring the jews importing all of africa like theyre currently trying to do), if abortion were outlawed it would actually go down to 7% as they started killing each other even quicker.

Sub-saharn population growth is predicated on them recieving "Aid" from the west, the moment whites stop exporting food to the "poor starving african kids" instead of feeding their own is the moment the black population corrects worldwide. The Pharasaic boomer/goyest gen concept of "Charity" (IE money laundering through brown people and clout chasing through pretending to try and help fix them) needs to dies off and be replaced by actual Charity (which necessitates Love of your own before Love of a stranger is possible).
