Siberia is about to break free from Russia, and China wants a piece of it. China hasn't supported Russia in it's war. Both China and Russia have spent decades telling it's people to hate America, good luck convincing them that the US is an ally all of a sudden.
Even if the people weren't brainwashed, nobody want's an "ally" who can back stab you at any given moment.
