That's not their purpose. Their purpose is to be a burden, to justify social systems and drain them. It's to cause damage to our economies, our culture, to give political platforms a way to cater to subhumans, to normalize subhumans, to twist justice systems to cater to niggers via "hate crimes." The ethnic ratio problem is next - they are brainless and reproduce like mad, and with addition of money funneled by Whites to them it's actively subsidized. Their untrustworthy, fraudulent, stealing behavior helps to lower societal trust. The disagreements of Whites over them further lowers societal trust (bigot, racism, etc).
The raping and killing are secondary effects. They aren't necessary. If anything, they are counterproductive, because it provides a platform for those who oppose them. If they were calm and obedient, they'd serve their agenda much better - they'd be like a cancer. Instead they are a type of cancer that becomes too deadly too early on.
