These numbers show the entire defense budget, the shills have been posting the same lies over and over again. Claiming it's all going into NATO. Once called out they switched to percentage, all of them, literally overnight. And now this, a frickin pajeetsoft excel document with number pulled right out of Xis ass.
The US could at most save a few billions by reducing corruption within it's (((military industrial complex))), which would be replaced by several more billions in increased social security spending due to higher unemployment.
To cut the entire $860B budget means there won't be any defense at all. Leaving the US open to be conquered. Which is also part of the (((WEF))) agenda.

That's not how it works. Nato contributions aren't paid into some nato account. It's a requirement for members to each spend a certain amount on their own individual defense budgets, to prevent them from being dead weight in a big war. So of course it's the entire defense budget, that's how much we spend to be ready.
