And go to sleep early.

Getting enough sleep (8 hours for most people, some people can get away with a bit less) is the single most important thing that you can do for your health (both physical and mental), apart from eating good food and drinking water.

Go to bed at 10pm, wake up naturally at 6am or 7am, and you will see that your testosterone will rise and that you'll feel so much more energy during the day.

I always wake up right before sunrise.

It's such a phenomenal feeling you see lighting in the kitchen is illuminated by the red sun rays.

Sleep, exercise (lifting, cardio, stretching), and eating well are the main components of health. Anything else can be considered subsidiary.

“Drinking water”

Reddit lie. Milk and orange juice are better sources of hydration. This board needs more peaters.
