Yes, that's the key. The Jews are afraid of physical labor, hence they live in the fantasy that someone can be super just by birth (e.g. Superman) or by a lucky accident (e.g. Spiderman).
In contrast, the heroes of manga/anime become strong with many years of very hard training and experience and occasionally suffer defeats too, giving the message that hard work, resilience, and determination is the key to success.
