The purpose of their policy is that it’s only activated when they were going to be exterminated *anyway,* so they don’t care.

It wouldn't be that easy. You think American soldiers would just start killing European civilians? We're not in the 1940s anymore. Chances are the US military would get redpilled and a large chunk of it turn against the American government.
