I know what you mean. Why don't they live in the hood? The prices are cheaper and they could buy more stonks or another sports car with all the money they'd save, right? Yeah, except they don't. They hide in their subdivisions behind a "wall" of high property taxes and HOA fees. They literally pay to get away from niggers and to keep them out, but of course it has "nothing to do" with race. Right.
