Non felony chase at high speeds in a residential neighborhood at night. Driving all over peoples front lawns, and almost ramming cars into peoples houses. How is this even remotely acceptable? Skip to 1:55 mark.

The police were hired by the city to enforce the city and state laws. The city and state were supposed to be controlled by the citizens.
Yes, I would prefer that people enforced the law on their own, but if they want to hire private security (police) to do that, that's on them.
