I think this is a misrepresentation of black hebrew israelites.
For one, they name the jew as impostors and fraud jews as explained in Revelation 2:9

I don't believe in it myself but i have engaged in bible study in chatrooms with at least one guy who was pretty heavily deep into it. He was pretty good at hacking so he was interesting character and also actually good at bible study.
