Most Ukrainians are terrible at English. It's not an accent, it's literally how he talks. That said watching the comments I'm not a big fan of this, it makes America look bad. Even CCN was called out for being too pro-Trump. It's clearly a distraction from something else having this go viral now.

A distraction to make MiGA tards think their taxes won't continue funding the war, which they will. Trump want those rare earth minerals, or pretends to want them, in exchange more shekels for Ukraine.
