Its no coincidence that a lot St. Thomas' teachings, which had been the bedrock for Church Philosophy and Administration basically ever since he was alive, were tossed out in (((Vatican II))). St Thomas also taught that people were only bound to obey their superiors in their legitimate purview, and that disobeying a corrupt order was virtuous, whereas the current teaching the (((modernists))) have been going with is that superiors cannot be questioned even if they completely ignore doctrine and do things contrary to the faith (which of course is retarded and also hypocritical, since the (((modernists))) have ignored every single order that their pre-v2 superiors left to them). St. Thomas Aquinas is important source for anyone with a vested interest in Catholic Tradition as well as the ordering of society in general.
