Not all dogs. Just some of them.
Hating dogs is a mongoloid trait.
Only non-white cultures treat dogs as vermin or food. Muslims and jews particularly dislike them.
Pitbulls in particular have a long history alongside white people, we can trace their roots back to early 1800s England when they were bred with terriers and trained to hunt rats. They were one of the most popular farm dogs in early American history.
