No, it's bred over generations. "Natural" selection, the strongest, most violent niggerest beasts survive the dog fighting PIT and are chosen to breed more violent nigger beasts.

That is true, but only for the past 60 years or so and only in a minority group within America. Half a century is significant but not the point of affecting their behavior enough to dramatically effect their trainability.

They are still great dogs when properly raised and socialized.
