if you look at the ingredients list of modern salami its full of additives, soy and synthetic fillers

maybe 80 something percent meat, rest is goyfeed.

unfortunately most brands are like this, you literally have to search in the candlelight for some non-jew'd smoked/sliced cold cuts

And everybody wonders why we're so unhealthy compared to our parents at the same age--we're paying 8x as much for half the nutrition. I'm relatively healthy and even I'm stunted compared to my dad.

I don't usually like sausages because they are processed a bit themselves. Of course the capitalist fucks are going to be cutting it with soy and chemical filler to squeeze out some extra profit.

someone gave me a dehydrator so i am going to try to make some beef and venison jerky.
