It's just a random tranny that grabbed that username. And the real @ username isn't even "anonymous". And even if it were, the entire point of "anonymous" is literally not consisting of one dude, but a large collective of anonymous people.
Anyone can claim to be "Anonymous" but the real ones merit their voice and audience through actions and having the means to change things, not by writing a gay wall of text on twitter.
