It is becoming self evident as I age that male leadership is very lacking in White communities. I was a leader for my sports team and engineering teams but never took it as seriously as I do now. After these stints I took a backseat (even in my marriage for awhile, woe to me for being that retarded at one point).

As I am getting older and raising a family I am realizing White communities have false leaders. They are not necessarily wicked or evil, just incapable of fulfilling the role.

Being a Leader just sucks. Its miserable. You have to think about every decision and how it flows to those directly affected and not directly affected. How to present it. How to phrase it. And to get your ducks in a row for every decision because someone in the future will come back to one of your decisions and question it. So the easiest thing to do is to be honest to not be questioned wrong. Being honest, when it harms others, is tough.

And the only benefit you get is to have your face plastered everywhere. And if you are a leader of a White Nationalist group, its only bad publicity. Maybe one day a sand nigger recognizes you and tried to run you off the road. Who knows? Risky as fuck.

The point is we need more leaders. We need less people being independent. We need to still question them but give them the benefit of the doubt. A leader can only be so transparent. Do not rush to judge our White Nationalist leaders so quickly. Be quick to forgive when sincerely asked.

It's not just strong male leaders that are lacking, it's strong male masculinity as a whole. This is what leads to the leader problems. One of the biggest problems we face right now is the masculinity crisis. This is brought on by a myriad of reasons; from everything to chemicals in the food and water to 5 decades of feminism to single parenting to women taking a more prominent role in the leadership of society and societal groups.

I'll give you an example. Years ago when I was a kid, my church would do a "fun weekend" once a year with food, outdoor games, competitions, etc. One of the things they had would be a car smash. They'd rustle up an old junker car, put it in the parking lot, and give people 30 second turns to go to town on it with a sledgehammer. And not just adults and teenagers, but *kids* too. They'd have 4 pounders, 2 pounders, and even regular construction hammers for the little tykes. Heck, I don't even remember wearing safety glasses. Of course it was the most popular event there, especially with guys. Fast forward to now, I heard that at the same church last year, that idea was floated again during the planning for that year's event. It was shot down by, you guessed it, women on the leadership committee responsible for the planning. For being "too violent". This is a perfect microcosm for our current standing in society today, and why we see such a masculinity crisis among our men, and our leaders. There was a reason why the Bible states explicitly, in more than one place, that women are absolutely not to take any position of leadership anywhere, for any reason.

These women are also incharge of the schools.

What do they replace the "violence" with? DEI, BLM, 2SLGBTQIA++ etc. Meaningless virtue signalling which costs them nothing while putting them beyond criticism because they orthodoxy supports these causes.

They portray themselves as leaders while simultaneously avoiding all of the haed parts of being a leader.

Women always try and shut down risky stuff. I always have to tell my wife to stand down and let my son play rough and learn through experience, even if it might lead to him hurting himself a bit. Hurt is not the same as injury.

Can confirm. A few years back, I took over a youth director position at the local YMCA. The previous three directors had been women. All three of them banned dodgeball.
I brought dodgeball back and was hailed as a hero by those children and teens.

Banning stuff like dodgeball is ridiculous. I remember when my old elementary banned running during recess.

No wonder everyone is a such a cuck/wimp, nobody is allowed to do anything and we wonder why people have no self confidence and no skills.
