Might be hard, because niggers (negro single mothers) exist as well as a few teachers who genuinely care about the kids, in situations were a kids parents don't give a fuck.
It's definitely true generally, because a home mother in a stable White family are more likely than anyone else to care for her children. But that's also what it boils down to, every child needs a role model, someone who cares and raise the kid properly. Without that, the kid is basically fucked.
