Idk about that. Id say that they thrive there. It may look like a shithole to us because the huts are made of dung and their technology is primitive. But that is merely a cultural difference between us and them.
If they are away from whites than they are thriving the way they naturally would. Only the black countries with white "aid" in Africa are the ones with garbage piles everywhere, people huffing jet fuel and feeding their kids glue. But the tribal, secluded cultures are clean, simple, humble, and they all have their own languages and traditions. I wouldnt call the mud hut village a "ghetto" at all. That's where the black people belong. They are displaced in trashy ghettos where everyone is on drugs and too lazy to do anything because of gibs.
