Watch the whole segment, then. Other restaurants post signs in English. McDonalds had a sign that said "no black people allowed." They really don't want anyone to understand because the CCP wants to promote foreign tourism; posting signs in English makes it easier to share that online, which they don't want.

Good. They don't have any obligations to minorities. I see that China actually has freedom of association, which the west lacks.
I'm pretty sure that "no americans" means "no niggers" in any case, otherwise they'd single out Europeans too. But even if they were to ban white people explicitly, why would I give a shit about a restaurant in China? They want to associate with their own. That's a good thing.
