It's some weird argument that they make with their repeated ''they want no one to understand this''.

Dude they use their own language in their own country. That's not some conspiracy. Based Bugmen don't want foreigners in their restaurent.

Watch the whole segment, then. Other restaurants post signs in English. McDonalds had a sign that said "no black people allowed." They really don't want anyone to understand because the CCP wants to promote foreign tourism; posting signs in English makes it easier to share that online, which they don't want.
