Asian's used to be shit drivers. But the infestation of cancerous shitskins and sandrats have made Asian drivers actually pretty decent. These shitskins, sandrats, and nig nogs are the dumbest drivers I've ever encountered. Never relax.
Agreed. I was just having some fun. In the big cities of Asia, many have never driven, despite having a DL (as an ID). In Japan this is called "Paper Driver". Those folks move here and are given a US DL and all Hell breaks loose. But East Asians are intelligent and prudent, so they can learn and become good drivers. The other folks you mention are neither of those.

u.s. car culture is kinda wild, some kind of mass transit (trains, busses, subway?) or low tech transport can be preferable at times (bikes, walking)

All by design, because the jew can make more shekels from car loans used to buy overpriced cars with (((planned obsolesce))). Bikes are a lot cheaper, and walking is free. Mass transit vehicles are usually bought by the city with transparency and strict rules, scams do happen in those contracts too obviously, but it's not nearly as profitable as individual cars bought on loan for everyone.
Just the other day, biking home from work (short commute, ebike, I have a car too), I witness a woman on a phone forget to break and keep going through a roundabout as a car is turning (she's supposed to yield), he notices and breaks, a few inches from impact and I see her look up from her phone and not even seem to bother.
Whenever I'm driving there's another nearby roundabout and I swear to God, women in SUVs, phone in hand, they have zero awareness. Almost guaranteed to crash if you don't assume they'll forget to indicate/yield/see other cars. It's always women in their stupid range rovers paying zero attention.
Yes, women should take an extra difficult test to make sure they're ready. Same with the over 70s, check eye and response condition.

Yes but licenses should only be given to those who deserve them (also goes for men) and it shouldn't be expected that they get one. In general there's too many people driving and that needs to be addressed, but some women actually can drive alright and it can be useful (if you work a lot your wife can drive to the market or drive your kids to some social thing)
