For example: When I was a child, my father was often working offshore for months, so our mother had to bring us everywhere and get groceries herself. But she didn't drive like the batshit insane moron in the video.
So it depends.
But there's enough actually retarded women out there driving that I almost want to say "No, they should not be driving."
I think driving test standards should be *far* more rigorous so the idiots of us and especially of women are unable to receive a license to drive.
In any case... Repeal the 19th amendment regardless.
