Globalist organizations "close down" until next time D's win an election and bring back all of them with a stroke of a pen.
This is why "our" side never wins. You can't govern with executive orders. Anything that can be done by signing a piece of paper will be undone in the same way 4 years later.
When R's have the majority they do fucking nothing with it. Dems are not like that. They passed a 2,000 pages long spending bill and put it on Trump's desk. They gave him 24 hours to read it. It was an act of terror and Drumpf got totally spooked. He threated his veto power and in the end signed the damn bill anyway. One year later Dems repeated the same stunt, only this time with a **5,000** pages long bill. Trump did his usual peacock dance and folded like a wet noodle again. Crying Chuck and Negative Nancy made a video and bragged about how many terrible things they got into that bill despite being a minority party with a hostile president.
Dems know how to win. They attach pork to military spending and twist the president's arm. If he doesn't sign it he must hate our troops! Boo hoo hoo!
