Niggers are always lower in IQ than Whites, but they aren't inherently evil. Most of them were able to have families and work for a living, albeit at the bottom of the economic ladder, until the invention of the (((welfare state))).

They're really not even smart enough to be criminals and, I would hazard, most of the Black criminals who weren't immediately caught were mixed.

You don't have to be smart to be a decent parent and our society was so robust that it could incorporate Black families with little issue, so long as they could not acheive systemic power.

Jews elevate the ape into political positions. Just look at any major black city for example. The Memphis school board is one such example where it's so corrupt that even the dumb few remaining Whites and their ape neighbors have noticed the blatant corruption.

Welfare made them worse. Hard work might make them better.

Welfare to people who can otherwise work is a bad thing, regardless of race, because it encourages an entitled attitude and discourages seeking work.
