Welfare to people who can otherwise work is a bad thing, regardless of race, because it encourages an entitled attitude and discourages seeking work.

I stand by my statement.
Welfare works in homogenous white societies. But the data presented says nothing about whites. The only logical conclusion from the information presented is that blacks can’t handle welfare.

It works sure, but only in moderation and only when given to those who truly need it. Getting whites addicted to welfare is a sure way of making them weak.
